They all followed the rules and started presenting the viewer with a rating before the show started, to give parents an idea of the type of content their kids were watching and to show that they were a part of that show/movie that may contain the following .
TV-Y
No age restrictions. This program is designed to be suitable for children of all ages.
TV-Y7 FV
Restrictions apply for children over 7 years old.
The FCC says it may be best suited for children who have acquired the developmental skills necessary to distinguish between appearances and reality.
Here, the FV tag means that programs with that rating contain light fantasy and comedic violence.
And some shows where the fantasy violence can be more intense or combative.

Hello children, your parents will find this program useful as these programs do not necessarily contain content that is interesting for children.
The FCC states that "This rating does not signify a program designed specifically for children because thematic elements that appear in programs with this rating contain little or no violence, mild language, and little or no sexual dialogue or situations."

This program contains material that parents may find inappropriate for younger children, as these programs rarely contain harsh language, sexual content, lewd dialogue, or mild violence.
TV-14

TV-MA
Indicated for adults. This means that it is not suitable for children under 17 years of age.

Parental TV Policy Content Descriptors
